If I gave you 50 claps, it means I read your story in its entirety and liked it.

It was the famous German clothing brand Hugo Boss that dressed Adolf Hitler’s soldiers before and during the Second World War.

The company’s founder and owner, Hugo Ferdinand Boss, manufactured uniforms for several Nazi institutions, such as the Hitler Youth and the ruthless criminal (SS), one of the most vile organizations that has ever marched on the planet.

The company was founded in 1924 with a focus on producing uniforms for the German government, which included, for example, uniforms for the rubbish collection service and the post office.

Like many other companies in the clothing industry, the newly created brand manufactured (sewed) the most diverse clothing at the request of the German government.

However, the company would have its reputation forever tarnished for having used prisoners of war during the Second World War, with the founder himself being tried in court.
