I recently saw the presentation of a new life buoy on television, manufactured in Portugal by the company “Noras Performance” with a simple and very effective concept.
It’s a buoy, called U-Safe, which is a remote-controlled device that helps those in trouble.
With this equipment, help is very fast, without putting any lifeguard or anyone else in danger. The buoy works in any condition the sea is in, or even close to reefs that boats cannot reach.
